Saturday Sailing
We realise that it is not always possible to attend a full 4 day course in one go, which is why we have the Saturday sailing programme. Simply book the dates, preferably consecutively, from the Saturdays available.
9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Beginner - Level 1 (2 days) £196,
Improver - Level 2 (2 days) £162,
or book both courses together for £328 (save £30),
Level 1 (Beginners) Provides a short introduction to sailing. By the end of the course students will have a basic understanding of boat handling techniques and background knowledge. It is recommended that all students should consolidate Level 1 with the Level 2 course.
Level 2 (Beginners). Prior to attending Level 2 the background knowledge and the practical skills of the Level 1 course must have been absorbed.
By the end of the course students will have a basic knowledge of sailing and be able to sail safely in light winds without an instructor on board. The practical activities are supplemented by short onshore sessions.
